Manpreet is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Law Graduate and Post Graduate in Commerce. He has done certifications courses under India Food Safety Readiness Program powered by Food Processing Skills-Canada in areas viz. Food Allergens, General Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, Quality Assurance & Preventive Control Plans etc.

Manpreet brings total 16 years of working experience with domestic & multinational Companies. He managed the Corporate Compliances within four corners of Law.

With various industrial experience like manufacturing, FMCG, Beverages etc., he has been on the key role and handled compliances in respect to FSSAI Laws, Legal Metrology Laws, Foreign Investments, Acquisitions, Industrial, Labor and allied Laws. He is also representing before NCLT (Alias Corporate Courts in India).

Relationship management was one of the core strength with all the top bureaucrats like Principal Secretary to Chief Ministers, State Excise Commissioners, Directorate of Factories, Director-Policy Making FSSAI and other Government Officials.

He is a regular speaker on various platforms for FSSAI & Legal Metrology Laws.
