Anil is a law graduate and an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India having over 15 experience in the field of corporate advisory, audit and regulatory services. He is well versed with corporate laws including foreign exchange regulations, SEB/listing regulations, environment & labor laws, IPRs etc.

Anil has worked with various reputed corporates in different fields such as Liberty Shoes Ltd. (Footwear), Deloitte Haskins & Sells (Chartered Accountants), Fox Mandal & Co. (Law Firm), Prateek Group (Real Estate), Vikas Group (Automotive), VG Defence Systems (Defence), Wonder Group (Beauty & Cosmetics), HESS AG (Electric Buses), Proterial India (Steel). He has advised and assisted in raising FDI over INR 5000 million through various JVs with foreign players of Japan, China, South Korea, Italy, Israel, Finland, Switzerland.
